Apple released an update for Security Update 2007-04 (v1.1) today. This update only affects Mac OS X 10.3.9 and Mac OS X Server 10.4.9. In addition to the updates included in Security Update 2007-04 v1.0, v1.1 includes the following fixes:

In addition to the modified security update, Quicktime 7.1.6 has also been released. This update addresses a security problem (CVE-2007-2175) and includes improved functionality such as timecode support and closed captioning display.
You can apply these updates locally via Software Update or remotely via the following command sequence. As always, the ‘$‘ represents the shell prompt and should not be typed.
$ sudo softwareupdate --install --all
$ sudo shutdown -r now
Take note, a restart is required after this update is applied.
