FreeBSD Security Updates: jail, tcpdump, bind

The FreeBSD Project announced three new security updates earlier this evening.

• FreeBSD-SA-07:01.jail – Jail rc.d script privilege escalation
• FreeBSD-SA-07:06.tcpdump – Buffer overflow in tcpdump(1)
• FreeBSD-SA-07:07.bind – Predictable query ids in named(8)

Please note that all of the above vulnerabilities can be fixed by updating to the latest version of FreeBSD.
