Sun Microsystems announced two new security updates this morning.
#102834 xscreensaver
This security update addresses one vulnerability in the xscreensaver package for Solaris 10 on both SPARC and X86 platforms. If a local user locks a workstation with xscreensaver while GNOME Assistive Technology support is enabled, an attacker with physical access to the workstation could execute arbitrary code as the user that invoked xscreensaver. Sun has made a patch available to resolve this issue. More detailed information can be found on SunSolve.
#102935 SANOS 3.0.x
This security update addresses one vulnerability in the SANOS 3.0.x firmware for the Cisco MDS 9140 fibre channel switch. A memory leak could cause the firmware to reload after 233 days of uptime. This issue is resolved by upgrading to SANOS 3.1.x. More detailed information can be found at SunSolve.
