TCC2P cards (800-24766-05 and earlier) continually reset, requiring the card to be physically removed and re-inserted into the slot to recover. Although this issue is most susceptible on 4.0.0 – 6.0.1 software releases, it is possible to see this issue on 4.0.0 – 8.5.2 software releases. (CCO login required)
