My Belkin N1 Vision router replacement arrived today. I was glad it only took two days to arrive. Without the wireless router, I've been stuck working from my desktop. My kids were also pretty annoyed that they couldn't sign into XBox Live or watch Netflix. Needless to say, my sons were chomping at the bit for me to get the new router up and working.

Unfortunately, they were about to find out that Belkin had shipped me a big box of disappointment. Come to find out, this router doesn't always fully boot. This means that I have to power-cycle it over and over until it finally works. But, just because it boots doesn't mean it's going to work. It seems to last about 60 seconds or so before hanging. So far, I haven't gotten this thing to work longer than a minute at a time.
I still have to ship the old router back to avoid getting hit for a \$170 charge. I seriously doubt I'm going to go down the road of getting another warranty replacement replacement. At this point, I think I'd rather just spend the \$50 on a Linksys router that will definitely work.
Oh well, Belkin. Thanks for trying.
