Jesse Vincent of Best Practical Solutions announced the release of version 3.6.5 of their popular trouble ticketing system, RT: Request Tracker. Although this release is mainly a bugfix over RT 3.6.4, there are a few performance improvements.
In my own RT instances, I use a saved search to display all tickets that I requested, own, or am copied on. Unfortunately, a bug in RT 3.6.4 horribly broke my saved search. This particular bug has been stomped out in RT 3.6.5.
